Your new responsibilities:

• On-site assembly of steel structures
• Loading and unloading trucks using a forklift
• Packaging products

What you bring to the table:

• Technical training, such as that of a metalworker
• Experience in the metalworking field
• Forklift operator’s license
• A can-do attitude

You have good manual dexterity and aren’t afraid of physical work

• Solution-oriented

You think on your feet, take the initiative to find work, and step in to help where needed

Your new responsibilities:

• You’ll lead a team of up to 15 employees
• You’ll foster a positive work environment
• You’ll find quick solutions to technical problems, material shortages, and other issues
• You’ll be responsible for quality control
• You’ll ensure smooth operations in the assembly department
• You ensure a smooth shift handoff with your colleagues

(Early shift 6:30 a.m.–2:45 p.m. and late shift 2:45 p.m.–11:00 p.m.)

What you bring to the table:

• You have vocational/technical training or many years of experience in assembly
• You have experience in empathetic leadership
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You have a strong technical understanding
